The WOW Factor  

For new and inexperienced trainers. This two-day workshop dramatically improves the design and delivery of your training courses.Explore topics such as how to recognise and avoid the 3 danger zones that kill learning; enable learners to achieve more from any session; save time and resources with accelerated learning techniques and much more. We bring you over 15 years experience in training trainers across all type of organisation, and we enjoy helping trainers to become confident practitioners of great design and delivery.

WOW +

For experienced trainers. This experiential workshop is in a masterclass format, the emphasis is on helping you raise your skills and abilities. Having completed The WOW Factor (or similar) training, be ready to take your skills to a whole new level. Learn how our minds naturally process new learning challenges; discover your own implicit learning strategies; discover the power of metaphor and stories; explore a dynamic learning model; and learn simple body-language techniques to enhance your communication.

WOW Advanced Facilitation Training

For managers and leaders - let us develop your skills and confidence to bring meetings back to life! Create inspired and engaged participants; help them to be enthused and convinced to go and put their energy behind the goals agreed; generate a feeling of team spirit that helps people pull together to achieve a common goal. Over the two days some of the things we cover are - how to get the right atmosphere from the off; have participants moving in the right mental direction; and using a simple model to build effectiveness into meeting plans.
