Your Facilitator. Ian McGarry will happily tell you his favourite work is developing trainers; he’s recently trained the trainers of Metropolitan Police, Saga Services, Ministry of Justice, and The Walt Disney Company.

He has qualifications in Psychology BSc (Hons), an MSc in Organisational Psychology, is an NLP Master Practitioner Trainer, a Registered Hypnotherapist, and a British Psychological Society member.

He says “my approach is to create an environment that enhances learning by using Brain Based learning principles and engaging participants’ preferred learning styles. Underpinning this philosophy is consideration for the safety of all participants as they engage in stretching learning experiences.

We have been running trainer training courses for over 12 years and hundreds of trainers have joined us to start their journey into accelerated learning. We are practitioners ourselves and do not believe in 'trainers tricks' or fun for fun's sake; instead we know the importance of good solid design and of understanding the learning process. Our aim is to build credibility and support for this approach to learning in all organisations.

Finally, we only ever work with a group size of 10 people so you get the correct balance of tutor time and group participation.
